Location, close to the city centre and such a lovely area with lots of bars, cafe and restaurants. Very local to where I was working for the week and the underground a 5 minute walk.

Nicely appointed hotel and the location in a great neighbourhood was peaceful and comfy. Loved a nice size and brand-new room with a kitchenette, felt like we were home. The staff was excellant and amicable, offered excellent services.

Refined hospitality: The hotel staff at H'Otello/F'22 Munich went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit.

Staff if wery heplful. Location is close to the undeground station. Room was clean and comfortable. If you travel by car make sure you have Umweltplakette - as the hotel is situated in the zone.
We were during the hot summer days (>+30 outside) - without conditioner inside was a bit unpleasant.

The location was beautiful and favorable, really close to Hohenzollernplatz subway station serving U2 and U8 lines. the room had a modern nice bathroom. - the food was outstanding with plenty of options.
